Tuesday it was 6 degrees on the way to work. Today I cleaned about 6" off the truck in the morning. I got to work just before 7:00 and the lot was freshly plowed. Measured it this afternoon around 15:00 and there is about 11" since the lot was plowed. It is tough to see, but the tape measure is in a little bit of a hole and is against the back edge of the hole. So really there is 11", not 10". It is going to take a while to clean out the driveway tonight.

With an username like that you shouldn't complain about it here. You should just shout PERKELE! and shovel away.

Not enough sleep last night. My sisu gets a little low when I don't get enough sleep.

Just got home. It is really dense snow so my truck isn't sinking all the way to the ground. Still plowing a lot of snow with the air dam. Was about knee deep to walk through.

It took about 2 hours, but I got the driveway cleaned off. There were 14" of heavy snow, and it probably settled some before I got to it. Usually takes about 45 minutes, but usually our snow isn't so dense. I didn't yell perkele, but I did mutter it every time the snow blower bogged down and a bunch of times just because. The snow blower is mounted on a 23 hp tractor, so it does take a bit to bog it down.
